Healing Each other After a Loss
A public support group for individuals preparing for or experiencing the loss of a family member, friend or patient
The bereaved is invited to participate in a 10-week educational support group. Group members can expect:
- A safe, nonjudgmental environment to speak openly
- A chance to gain new friends and acquaintances
- Education and ideas about grief and loss
- A book and journal about grief to help navigate the journey
A donation is suggested to help cover the costs of materials. After the 10-week group, grievers are invited to attend an open, ongoing social grief group held twice a month on one of the Hillcrest campuses in Bellevue or Papillion.
The next 10-week session will begin in August and be held twice monthly through December. Meetings will be held at the Hillcrest Hospice Care office at 1820 Hillcrest Drive in Bellevue.
