Freedom Village features 28 Garden Homes – designed within seven attractive quad-plex residences surrounding the central courtyard – as well as 28 private apartments in a modern, secure building with an elevator. CLICK HERE to take a virtual tour.

The Garden Homes are available in four different floor plans, including a 1,050-square-foot one-bedroom with den option and two-bedroom/two-bath options ranging from 1,250 to 1,290 square feet. All Garden Homes have garages and include washers and dryers.

The Apartments offer two floor plans – an 845 sq. ft. one-bedroom/one-bath and a 900 sq. ft. one-bedroom/one-bath with den, and every apartment offers a washer and dryer. 

Pricing & Lease Options

Our goal is to make the rental cost as affordable as possible and still provide an amazing living experience for those 55 and better. Rents start at $1,475 per month for the apartments and $1,975 per month for the garden homes. Pricing includes all taxes, casualty insurance, plus water, trash and sewer utilities.

Residents will sign a one-year renewable lease and can terminate the lease with written notice at least 90 days prior to the renewal date. Pets are welcome at Freedom Village for an additional rental fee of $25 per pet. A maximum of two pets are permitted, with certain dog breeds ineligible for residency. Please ask for more details.

Construction Schedule

Reserve Your Choice Home Today!

You can reserve your choice residence with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent. Once you sign the Residency Agreement in August, the deposit will convert to a refundable security deposit. 

Charter Residents are those who are first to move into Freedom Village. Being a Charter Resident comes with certain benefits that will be explained during the reservation phase in early 2022.
