The community will feature 84 independent living apartments and 28 garden homes when completed.

Apartment Floor Plans:

The Sutherland Apartments offer two one-bedroom floor plans – the Berwick and Dunbarton – and two two-bedroom floor plans – the Edinburgh and Highland. Sizes range from 725 sq. ft. to 1,476 sq. ft., and there are three color packages to choose from, so there are plenty of options to fit every lifestyle.

Each apartment offers all appliances including washer and dryer, walk-in closet, plush carpeting, ceiling fans, dedicated heat/AC, granite countertops, a porch or patio, spacious cabinetry and most floor plans feature a fireplace. Garden Home Floor Plans:

The garden homes are designed as a four-plex with four residences under each roof. They range approximately 1,239 to 1,430 sq. ft. and are being built as one-level homes with one or two-car garages and no basements. Only eight garden homes will initially be constructed in 2024, and we are currently accepting reservations for the two remaining garden homes (Elgin floor plan). The balance of the homes will be constructed in the future after the apartments reach full occupancy.
