Congratulations on joining a fitness center and working toward maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The Fitness Center Member Reimbursement is available to full-time team members following 90 days of employment. 

Please fill out and submit the form below by August 1.

For team members who submit valid receipts by August 1, 2024, reimbursement will be issued on your second paycheck in August.
