Thank you for joining us for our virtual education event!
Participants who want to receive a Continuing Education credit are required to:
- Create a profile on IWCC’s website. Participants will have until May 6, 2022 to complete the process to register for contact hours. Click here for the full instructions.
- Complete the program evaluation below. A certificate of completion will be emailed to you by IWCC after your successful attendance has been verified by Hillcrest Health Services. Certificates will not be available immediately after your registration for contact hours or immediately after the program ends. This may take several days and as long as three weeks. Please keep alternate documentation of the program for which you are seeking contact hours until you receive the email containing your certificate of completion.
