The Sutherland Apartments offer two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 725 to 1,476 sq. ft. Each apartment offers all appliances including washer and dryer, walk-in closet, granite countertops, a porch or patio and more. Click below to see floor plans.

The garden homes are designed as a four-plex with four residences under each roof and range from approximately 1,239 to 1,430 sq. ft. see the floor plan here.

Assisted Living & Memory Care

Fraser Assisted Living features 26 one- and two-bedroom apartments and spacious common areas, including The Gretna Room, Hobby Shop, Fraser Library, Fraser Spa and Cameron’s Restaurant. The apartments range from 606 to 912 sq. ft. and offer a few one-of-a-kind floor plans due to the shape of the building.

MacKinnon Memory Care, offering 15 suites that are almost 400 sq. ft., features one of the most innovative designs in dementia care today. In addition to our family-style dining area and open kitchen, MacKinnon provides a secure courtyard, living room, spa and a “Town Center” area that includes sensory-stimulating activities, interactive technology and nostalgic surroundings designed to engage residents and promote calmness that enhances quality of life.

Continuum of Care

Assisted living and memory care apartments, overseen by nurses and personal care assistants 24 hours a day, are available on the Hillcrest Highlands campus. Residents also receive priority admission to Hillcrest’s post-acute rehab or long-term care services if ever needed. Hillcrest’s partnership with Advanced Mobile Medicine provides access to Nurse Practitioners if needed.
