With four plan options across two networks, both PPO and High Deductible options, and team member costs as low as $10.33 per month, our health coverage is positioned to meet the needs of almost any team member and their family.
Our plans are designed to offer thorough coverage at costs attractive to team members and their families. Vision coverage is widely accepted through the VSP network. The graduating dental plan provides our team members and their families increasing coverage every year.
Planning for the unexpected is important. Our voluntary Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short Term Disability and Critical Illness coverages offer low cost peace of mind to our team members and their families.
To support associated health and dependent expenses, we offer a Flex Spending medical reimbursement account and dependent care account. In addition, for those that participate in our high deductible health plan, a Health Savings Account is available.
Long-term financial planning is certainly highly valued within Hillcrest. Our organization supports a 401k matching contribution starting at one year of employment that caps at 7 percent after six years.

Commitment to serving and caring for our customers is an incredible act of service. In return, we want to help you care for yourself and your loved ones. Our PTO program is for both full-time and part-time team members with the opportunity to earn up to four weeks in your first year.
We know it takes sacrifice to care for our customer 24/7/365. Our team members earn double time pay for serving our aging adults on recognized holidays.

Nurse Options Program
Find your ideal setting! Take advantage a 13-week commitment and a bonus at the end to try our different skilled nursing and rehab settings. Options at the end of the 13-week commitment include signing up for another 13 weeks, trying a 13-week commitment at another one of our locations or transitioning to a long-term role. This program is all about you.
Many of our partners have extended benefits to our team members. Examples include cell phone bill discounts with providers like Verizon and Sprint, shipping discounts with FedEx and many others.
