Our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab provides intensive, short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative care for our patients. This highly interdisciplinary environment provides the opportunity for patients to enhance their independence and self-reliance.

Hillcrest Health & Rehab is state licensed and federally certified for participation in the Medicare program. Patients, along with family and friends can be assured that specially trained, dedicated professionals are providing quality care.

Families are strongly encouraged to be active in an individual's care and progress. Flexible visiting hours are designed to enable family and friends to support and assist the rehabilitation and recovery of their loved one.

During their stay, patients will have the opportunity to continue under the care of their personal physician. Our medical director, a physician specializing in geriatrics, provides medical direction to our team and ensures that each patient receives the highest quality medical care. Our patients' physicians receive complete information regarding their patient's progress and follow-up upon discharge.

The Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation Center staff has the extensive experience and expertise needed to deliver quality care services at our elegant Hillcrest Health Plaza.

Our Rehabilitation Therapy staff is led by a licensed physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience and a medical director specializing in geriatric care. Other professional consultants are available as necessary. Among them are: a psychiatrist, dentist, podiatrist, chaplain and ophthalmologist as well as paraprofessional caregivers and certified educators. Private rooms, televisions and telephones are available to patients. Also available are newspaper and mail delivery, library and religious services, and barber/beauty shop services. 

Patients are admitted to Hillcrest Health & Rehab under several financial programs, including Medicare or private insurance.
