Bellevue, NE – Hillcrest Health Services presented its esteemed President’s Award for 2012 to Vickie Worden, Assistant Director of Nursing at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue.
Ms. Worden has been a Hillcrest team member for more than six years. She is passionate about her work with aging adults and is viewed as a role model among her peers. Ms. Worden is also recognized as an industry leader in improving patient transfers from the hospital setting to a post-acute care facility like Hillcrest Health & Rehab.
Hillcrest created the President’s Award in 2006 in an effort to recognize excellence by a team member who strives to meet company goals in Respect and Quality Care. The award was presented to Ms. Worden at Hillcrest’s annual employee event, held recently at Bellevue University.
Hillcrest Health Services offers the region’s largest continuum of health services for aging adults, including independent and assisted living, in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, memory support, adult day services, certified skilled home health and private duty home care, and hospice care. Hillcrest currently serves more than 700 aging adults daily across eight counties in Nebraska and Iowa.
