Hillcrest Hospice Care Hosts Memorial Service and Hospice Educational Workshop

Bellevue, NE – Hillcrest Hospice Care is hosting two upcoming events: a Memorial Service on November 3 and a hospice educational workshop November 4.

Hillcrest Hospice Care is hosting a Memorial Service to pay tribute to all the individuals they have supported through their end-of-life journey. The service is November 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church Worship Center, 10100 Cedar Island Road in Bellevue.

Hillcrest Hospice Care, Sarpy/Cass County Department of Health, and Partnerships in Aging are hosting a free hospice workshop, “Understanding Hospice Care” on November 4 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Home & Community Services, 1820 Hillcrest Drive in Bellevue.

The workshop is open to healthcare professionals and any member of the community interested in learning more about the hospice experience. Information about end-of-life care options will be provided as well as a discussion about hospice myths and facts and understanding the caregiver and family perspective during hospice care.
