Get ready to catch a flying pancake! Hillcrest Health Services is hosting a pancake benefit for Parkinson’s Nebraska at Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge on Friday, March 9. From 7 to 10 a.m., the Pancake Man will be entertaining guests and serving up cakes of buttery goodness for a freewill donation.
All proceeds from the benefit will go to Parkinson’s Nebraska, a 501(c)3 charitable organization committed to helping those in Nebraska and surrounding areas who are affected by Parkinson’s disease. Donations to the organization are used to educate communities and caregivers through access to resources and information.
“Parkinson’s Nebraska is in awe of Hillcrest Health Services’ attention to detail and commitment to its residents, patients and the local Parkinson’s community,” said Ted Wuebben, Chair of the Parkinson’s Nebraska Board. “We are thrilled for the opportunity to partner with Hillcrest Health Services for the second annual Pancakes for Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s Nebraska strives to be Nebraska’s number one resource for local Parkinson’s disease information, educational programs, exercise classes and support. We are committed to the local community, and all of the dollars raised stay right here to fund LOCAL Parkinson’s services.”
Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge is located at 6021 Grand Lodge Ave in Papillion.
