Assisting clients with limited resources is challenging in today’s senior living environment. Our expert panel will help explain the regulations, coverages, limitations and available resources for your patients and clients who are navigating the Medicaid process. These experts can answer your questions and provide helpful advice about Medicaid waiver, Aid and Attendance benefits and other community assistance programs.

Meet the Speakers:

Janelle Cox, CSW CHOICES Division Director, Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging (ENOA)
Janelle has worked in human services for 30+ years with 17 years focused on aging adults. At ENOA, Janelle oversees the CHOICES Division and is currently working on the development of senior concierge services, which will offer private pay assessments, education and services to promote aging in place.

Mary Ann Eusebio Division Director, Information & Assistance/ADRC Program Coordinator, ENOA
Mary Ann earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Education from West Virginia University. Her career experience includes higher education, elementary education and senior services. She has been with ENOA for five years and enjoys meeting consumers in her service area and helping them connect with resources in the community.

Catherine N. Swiniarski Managing Attorney and Owner, Elder Law of Omaha
Catherine received her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1986. Since, she has practiced law in a variety of settings from corporate to private practice. Catherine focuses on Medicaid asset preservation, veterans’ benefits planning, adult guardianship and conservatorship, special needs trusts and basic estate planning.

A CE payment of $10 can be made at the event. Cash, credit card or check are accepted.
